BOC Securities has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, BOC Capital Investment Holdings, will partner with its affiliate, BOC Assets, and BOC Assets' wholly-owned subsidiary, BOC Capital Private Equity, as well as other investors, to set up the Beijing Zhongying Pioneer AI Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). The fund is targeting a subscribed capital of at least 1 billion yuan, with BOC Capital Investment Holdings intending to invest 200 million yuan. The fund will concentrate on niche sectors within the AI industry chain, primarily directing investments towards high-tech enterprises involved in AI software and hardware, upstream and downstream support services, core application technologies, and scenario-based implementations.
