In a recent statement, SWANCOR disclosed that since July 2025, its stock price has witnessed substantial cumulative surges. These surges have repeatedly triggered thresholds for abnormal volatility, leading to two instances where trading was halted for verification purposes. Should the upward trend in the stock price persist, the company may opt to request another trading halt.

At present, SWANCOR's business in embodied intelligence robots is still in the developmental phase. There has been no achievement of mass production, and consequently, no revenue or profits have been generated from this segment. It is anticipated that this business will not have an impact on the company's performance in 2025, while the influence on the 2026 performance remains ambiguous.

Furthermore, the company's controlling shareholders and related parties collectively hold around 84% of the A-shares. This results in a relatively limited supply of shares available for external trading, posing a potential risk of market manipulation. As of January 27, 2026, SWANCOR's price-to-earnings ratio stands notably higher than the industry average.
