In a bid to close the experience gap with ChatGPT, Microsoft has given its Copilot application a significant upgrade. On one front, the company has introduced a 'Pin Conversation' feature to tackle the challenge users encounter when trying to locate past conversations. Moreover, it has unveiled a 'Long-Term Memory' capability. The latest iteration of this memory feature boasts greater transparency and user control. These two enhancements will be gradually rolled out, with the advanced memory function making its debut in the United States.

On another front, Microsoft has bolstered the text processing prowess of Copilot. The application now supports single inputs of up to 10,240-plus characters. Additionally, the web version of Copilot has gained the ability to summarize group chat records. The macOS version of Copilot has also undergone substantial improvements and is now largely on par with its Windows 11 counterpart, incorporating features like 'Read Aloud'. For iOS users, Microsoft has introduced desktop widgets in two different sizes. Furthermore, the company is currently testing a generative video feature based on the Sora model and has plans to roll out an interactive mode that showcases 'Real Human Oral Personality'.
