On January 23, 2026, during the Greater Bay Area Healthcare Innovation Conference, the Guangzhou Health Commission officially unveiled the AI medical helper “Sui Xiao Yi,” which is now accessible through the AntaFu App. After downloading the app, residents can engage with “Sui Xiao Yi” using voice commands or text messages to access a comprehensive suite of intelligent services. These services encompass health consultations, smart appointment booking, waiting list updates, medical insurance claim processing, and the retrieval and interpretation of medical reports. Presently, “Sui Xiao Yi” supports over 300 hospitals, including those affiliated with Guangzhou Medical University and Southern Hospital, enabling users to conveniently and efficiently book and manage appointments online. Furthermore, the app has integrated several city-level AI agents from across the nation, such as Chongqing’s “Yu Xiao Jian,” to provide users with a wide array of services tailored to their needs.
