During the World Economic Forum, Jensen Huang, the CEO of NVIDIA, emphasized that artificial intelligence (AI) robots present Europe with a "rare, once-in-a-generation massive opportunity." Europe boasts a robust industrial manufacturing base. Integrating traditional industries with AI technology has the potential to propel Europe into the "physical AI" era and spark a fresh wave of industrial revolution. In the past year, multiple prominent European companies have embarked on robotics-related projects, while global tech behemoths have also stepped up their efforts in this field. However, Huang warned that to capitalize on this opportunity, Europe must first tackle its energy supply challenges. Presently, the high cost of energy in Europe poses a hurdle to the widespread deployment of AI infrastructure. Addressing external doubts, he asserted that the advancement of AI is not a fleeting trend but a long-term structural shift, and that current investments in AI are fostering job creation in the real economy.
