Commerce Minister Wang Wentao has announced that China will refine its negative list for cross-border service trade and systematically ease market access restrictions in the service sector. Adhering to the principle of "tailored policies for each industry," the government will roll out more targeted measures to expedite the export of producer services and incentivize professional service firms to bolster their global competitiveness. By harnessing the innovative potential in artificial intelligence, the digital economy, and related fields, China aims to expand the export of emerging services, including research and development, as well as design services, thereby cultivating fresh avenues for growth in foreign trade.
