On January 7, LUMOS Robotics, an embodied artificial intelligence company, announced the 'LUMOS FastUMI Pro Intelligent Research Acceleration Plan'. This initiative includes an academic paper reward fund, where global researchers who publish academic papers using the FastUMI Pro device can receive rewards ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 Chinese yuan (US$4,000-7,000). In the industrial sector, LUMOS will sponsor the ICRA WBCD 2026 Dual-Arm Robot Challenge.
