At the 2026 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), NVIDIA made a grand announcement of its latest AI platform, Rubin. This cutting-edge platform flaunts an AI computing capacity that is a staggering fivefold increase compared to its predecessor, the Blackwell generation. Currently, Rubin has commenced full-scale production and is slated for market release in the latter half of 2026. During a post-conference interview, apart from shedding light on the remarkable strides the Rubin chip has made in the realm of AI, NVIDIA also provided insights into the ongoing efforts to export H200 graphics cards to China. The company revealed that it has already submitted a license application and is now patiently awaiting the green light from the U.S. and other relevant government authorities.
