Additionally, there is a strong emphasis on fostering the extensive utilization of artificial intelligence technologies across various facets of the power grid, including its planning, equipment management, regulation and operation, power supply services, and security defense mechanisms.

Furthermore, the document highlights the importance of harnessing cutting-edge technologies such as quantum communication, IoT sensing, and 5G-A/6G. By doing so, it envisions a significant expansion in the application scenarios of the power grid, thereby facilitating a more integrated and synergistic development between network infrastructure and the power grid itself.
