On December 18, UQI, a smart logistics arm of UBTECH, inked a strategic cooperation agreement with Volcano Engine, a subsidiary of ByteDance, at the FORCE Conference. Yang Jifeng, UQI's technology partner, and Yang Liwei, Volcano Engine's vice president, represented their respective companies in signing the pact. The collaboration aims to jointly delve into the industrial and logistics applications of cutting-edge large model technologies, including VLA (Vision-Language-Action) and world models, in products such as humanoid robots, unmanned logistics vehicles, and industrial mobile robots.
