On December 20, the National Pilot Base for AI Applications in the Medical Field in Zhejiang Province showcased its significant annual accomplishments. This milestone was marked by the official opening of the industrial park and the public launch of its service platform. As a crucial project under China's 'AI Plus' action plan and the 'Dual Priorities' (innovation-driven development and upgrading the real economy) strategy, the base will follow the '1+5+6+N' blueprint. This framework aims to establish three pivotal centers: one for pilot testing and validation, another for industry application, and a third for fostering the industrial ecosystem of 'AI + Healthcare.' By doing so, it seeks to position medical AI as a defining industry feature of Innovative Zhejiang.
