Recently, ten government departments in Shandong Province jointly released the "Action Plan for the Innovative Development of Artificial Intelligence Terminals in Shandong Province." This plan proposes to fully utilize Qingdao's nationally recognized advanced manufacturing cluster for smart home appliances. With a focus on key products such as televisions, refrigerators, and air conditioners, the plan aims to actively promote the deployment of embodied AI products, exemplified by household service robots. By incorporating advanced large-scale model technologies, the initiative seeks to enhance core functionalities, including complex environment perception, dynamic scene adaptation, and intelligent decision-making control. This strategic move is set to propel the evolution of products from standalone functional devices to internet-connected smart appliances. Moreover, it will facilitate the shift from single-scenario applications to integrated ecosystem models, thereby significantly boosting the supply capacity of diverse whole-house smart solutions.
