On December 18, 2025, Alibaba’s Qianwen APP achieved a significant milestone by integrating with Amap, marking its entry into the first Alibaba ecosystem scenario. This integration empowers the Qianwen APP to comprehend and interact with the physical world more effectively. Through seamless system-level integration, the Qianwen APP can now tap into Amap’s underlying services, such as its detailed mapping system and Street View Rankings. As a result, it can instantly produce visual decision-making aids, presenting users with curated recommendations for restaurants, hotels, geographic locations, and travel itineraries. Looking ahead, Alibaba plans to sequentially integrate core business scenarios, including consumption and payment services, into the Qianwen APP. This strategic move will expedite the establishment of a comprehensive real-world service fulfillment network.
