SenseTime issued a formal notice stating that it has entered into a placing agreement with several placing agents. According to the agreement, these agents have conditionally and separately agreed to serve as the company's representatives for the share placement. They will make every effort to secure commitments from at least six investors to subscribe to a total of 1.75 billion placing shares, priced at HK$1.80 per share. On December 17, 2025, which marked both the final trading day and the day for determining the placing price, the closing price of Class B shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange stood at HK$1.97 per share. This indicates that the placing price is set at a discount of approximately 8.63% compared to the market price on that day.
