On December 10, XPENG Motors' Legal Department shared a police notice issued by the Guangzhou Tianhe Public Security Bureau. The notice revealed that on November 28, XPENG Motors reported to the public security authorities that an individual had employed AI technology to fabricate a vulgar video, using XPENG's booth at the Guangzhou Auto Show as the backdrop. The case has now reached a resolution. The perpetrator, identified as Li, a 36-year-old man, created and disseminated the video with the intention of flaunting his technical prowess. In accordance with the law, he has been subjected to a 10-day administrative detention.
