On December 3rd, during an interview with the media, US Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick once again voiced his criticism of the EU's digital regulatory framework. He contended that Europe's technology - related regulations are inflicting substantial self - harm.
In his conversation with CNBC, Lutnick pointed out that, at present, there is ample capital readily accessible for major tech firms to invest in and advance artificial intelligence projects in Europe. He argued that if Europe were to adopt the artificial intelligence rules set forth by the Trump administration, it would be able to draw in massive investments, similar to what the United States has achieved.
Furthermore, Lutnick disclosed that he had already shared these similar viewpoints with the British authorities.
