On December 3, the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee issued a proposal outlining the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development in Zhejiang Province. The proposal clearly outlines a strategic vision to expedite the establishment of national computing power hub nodes, develop a cutting-edge computing power system, and nurture the world's premier open-source ecosystem. These initiatives are designed to cement and broaden Zhejiang's preeminent status in model development. Furthermore, the province will channel its efforts into pivotal sectors such as embodied AI and autonomous driving, with the ambition to cultivate nationally top-tier core industrial clusters. This endeavor aims to spur innovative growth in intelligent products and terminals, while fostering a synchronized development framework throughout the entire industrial chain. This chain encompasses a wide array of components, including chips, large-scale models, intelligent agents, application services, and intelligent terminals, among others.
