The proposed plan emphasizes the need to fortify the collaborative construction of 'AI + Government Services' by refining the overarching strategic framework, establishing dedicated platforms, and consolidating service access points, data repositories, and computational resources. Furthermore, it advocates for the development of standardized management protocols and selection criteria for application development, reinforcing end-to-end oversight, enhancing assessment and surveillance mechanisms, and systematically promoting the deployment of large-scale models within the realm of government services.
