During the 2025 AI+ Conference, Wang Xingxing, the founder and CEO of Unitree Robotics, remarked that the previous decade had been a stage of "germination and exploration" for the robotics sector. In contrast, the upcoming decade will mark a period of "growth and blossoming." Robots are set to transform from merely being "able to move" to "capable of executing tasks," transitioning from "industrial tools" to "life companions."

Wang pointed out that AI technology would equip robots with the capacity to "comprehend the world." The humanoid robots developed by Unitree are already competent in performing the majority of work-related actions. In the next ten years, with the in-depth integration of multimodal large models and robotics, robots will gain enhanced perception and greater capabilities.
