In the realm of internal operations, over 30,000 intelligent agents, built upon the foundation of JoyAgent 3.0, are operating with remarkable efficiency, spanning multiple business sectors. The JoyAI large-scale model has found applications in more than 1,800 scenarios, with its call volume witnessing a fourfold surge compared to the 618 shopping festival period.
On the merchant front, JD's digital avatar, JoyStreamer, has extended its services to over 40,000 brands, propelling sales to exceed RMB 2.3 billion during the Double 11 shopping extravaganza. From the consumer perspective, the intelligent customer service has handled an impressive volume of over 4.2 billion inquiries, achieving a user satisfaction rate of 80%. Notably, sales of products incorporating JoyInside technology have soared more than 20 times compared to the 618 shopping festival.
