In a report issued on Monday, UBS revised upwards its projection for the S&P 500 Index, forecasting it to reach 7,500 points by the end of 2026. This optimistic outlook is based on robust corporate earnings and the ongoing expansion within the technology sector. UBS anticipates that the earnings of companies listed in the S&P 500 Index will experience a 14.4% year-on-year increase in 2026, with approximately half of this growth stemming from the technology sector.
