Recently, JD Langzu Robots’ Global Intelligent Factory Project has officially commenced operations in Xishan District, Wuxi. This initiative will see the establishment of JD’s inaugural global super - factory dedicated to intelligent logistics robots. It aims to achieve full - process intelligence, encompassing the production of core components, the assembly of robot bodies, and the integration of software systems. Once completed, this factory is set to emerge as one of JD’s largest and most highly automated robot production bases.

Since entering into a strategic cooperation agreement in 2021, JD Group has rolled out 11 projects in Wuxi, with a cumulative investment of 3 billion yuan. In the business context, “roll out” is a more commonly used and natural phrase than “launch” when referring to the introduction or implementation of projects, and “cumulative” better conveys the idea of the total amount accumulated over time compared to “total” in this specific scenario.
