He put forward a proposal to impose a staggering 90% profit tax on technological monopolies, with the proceeds earmarked for supporting elderly care and educational initiatives. Liu emphasized that concerns over job security and fairness should be allayed. Furthermore, he disclosed that JD.com's Beijing sorting center has already automated 90% of its workforce with robots. By next April, it is anticipated that the world's inaugural fully unmanned delivery station will be up and running, with all internal operations to be carried out by robots.
