During his speech, Wu Yongming, the CEO of Alibaba, announced that Alibaba is currently in the process of building ultra-large-scale AI infrastructure and is ramping up its investment to create a super AI cloud. The overarching objective is to empower global developers with cutting-edge AI services, leveraging Alibaba's comprehensive full-stack technological expertise. Furthermore, within Alibaba's 'ModelScope' community, it's noteworthy that more than 20.74% of the developers hail from small organizations with a workforce of fewer than 50 employees. Independent developers also constitute a significant portion, accounting for 13.7% of the community. The 'Creation Space' channel within the community boasts an impressive collection of nearly 23,000 AI applications. These applications span across more than 20 industries, with a staggering 95% of them being developed by individual developers.
