DingTalk has rolled out an AI-powered spreadsheet, marking a major technological leap and establishing itself as the inaugural intelligent spreadsheet solution in the industry, capable of accommodating tens of millions of data entries within a single table. This innovative solution incorporates a storage-computation unified architecture, perfectly suited for the real-time computation of high-frequency data in the domains of chain retail and e-commerce. Following the product's debut in July, DingTalk teamed up with the Alibaba Cloud ADB-PG database team to streamline the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Using Dexiangyuan Roast Duck as a case study, the AI spreadsheet significantly reduced the response time for dish data, slashed management expenses, and empowered real-time decision-making amidst the frenetic Double 11 shopping rush.
