On November 3rd, Donghua Software made an announcement stating its intention, in partnership with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Donghua Hechuang Technology Co., Ltd., to co-invest a substantial 300 million yuan in the establishment of Guangxi Southeastern Guilin Artificial Intelligence Research Institute Co., Ltd. Specifically, Donghua Software will contribute 270 million yuan, securing a 90% ownership stake, while Hechuang Technology will invest 30 million yuan, acquiring a 10% stake. This strategic initiative is geared towards broadening the scope of its artificial intelligence operations, identifying fresh avenues for growth, and bolstering the company's fundamental competitiveness in the market.
