Recently, Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft in the United States, announced that the company could potentially resume its hiring process within the upcoming year. However, this is contingent upon existing employees acquiring proficiency in new working models that facilitate collaboration with artificial intelligence (AI). These models encompass several key skills: providing precise and accurate instructions to AI systems, carefully reviewing and refining AI-generated content, and channeling more effort into strategic decision-making, creative thinking, and tackling complex challenges.

Over the past year or so, Microsoft has made substantial investments in the AI sector. Simultaneously, it has carried out multiple rounds of layoffs. The most recent round took place in July of this year, impacting around 9,000 employees. As of now, the company boasts a workforce of 219,000 individuals.
