On October 27, Ant Group unveiled a series of new features for its AI-driven health application, AQ, designed specifically for the health management of elderly individuals with chronic conditions. Users can now take photos of their blood pressure monitors and glucometers, and the app will intelligently interpret the data. This functionality mimics a doctor's follow-up questions, providing real-time alerts for any abnormal health readings. In partnership with Yuyue, AQ has also introduced an AI-enabled blood pressure monitor that automatically syncs data and generates weekly health reports, facilitating long-term blood pressure monitoring. Additionally, a new chronic disease medication reminder feature has been implemented, ensuring that both parents and their children receive timely notifications. This helps reduce instances of missed or forgotten doses, thereby preventing the recurrence of health issues. Furthermore, the app supports family sharing of health records, enabling children to access, manage, and remind their parents about medical records and physical examination reports at any time.
