On Tuesday, an official from G42, a cloud computing and artificial intelligence company backed by Abu Dhabi, disclosed that the first batch of 200-megawatt facilities within the UAE's planned 5-gigawatt AI park is anticipated to commence operations next year. As a significant oil-exporting nation, the UAE has poured billions of dollars into its ambitious endeavor to transform itself into a global AI hub. Moreover, it aims to secure technical support by forging close collaborative ties with the United States.
