The two entities have joined forces to create a joint venture named Dongguan Lingzhi Innovation Robot Technology Co., Ltd. In this newly formed venture, LY ITECH commands an 80% ownership stake. The primary focus of this joint venture lies in the realms of research and development, production assembly, and continuous iterative optimization of industrial embodied robot products. These endeavors are grounded in the secondary development of Zhiyuan's robot ontology solutions. (Note: In this context, "ontology" is translated as "robot." Looking ahead, the joint venture is poised to expand its horizons into diverse areas, including the development of novel materials, sensor design and evolution, battery and charging/swapping technologies, as well as thermal management solutions.
