Recently, in response to concerns raised by netizens on the X platform, Musk disclosed that Grok will possess the capability to discern AI-generated videos and trace their online sources, in an effort to curb the dissemination of deepfake content. The official Grok X account provided further clarification, stating that the upgraded Grok will be capable of directly scrutinizing AI-generated characteristics within video bitstreams, thereby identifying subtle traces left during the compression or generation processes. Although these traces are imperceptible to the naked eye, they can serve as effective indicators for revealing the authenticity of the content.
