The latest Markets Pulse survey reveals a growing skepticism among companies about whether their investments in artificial intelligence (AI) are truly paying off, intensifying concerns that the $16 trillion surge in market value may be nearing a tipping point. During the survey conducted from September 29 to October 8, more than two-thirds of the 149 participants believed that the trend of exceptional corporate performance driven by AI would continue. However, an equal number of respondents felt that companies' investments in AI were not commensurate with the returns.
