On October 9, 2025, Chongqing Fenghuang Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Seres, entered into a framework agreement for embodied intelligence business cooperation with Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. The two entities are set to join forces in addressing critical challenges within the project dubbed "Intelligent Robot Decision - Making, Control, and Human - Machine Augmentation Technologies for Multimodal Cloud - Edge Collaboration." They will establish a closed - loop mechanism encompassing "technology research and development—scenario validation" to jointly lay a technological foundation and foster a collaborative basis.

Seres stated in its announcement that this agreement is not expected to have a material impact on the company's financial standing and operating results for the year 2025.
