On September 21, the China Computer Federation (CCF) announced the selection results of the "CCF Scientific and Technological Achievements Award" for 2025. Among them, the project "Customized Architecture Design Theories and Methods for the Artificial Intelligence Field", with the School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University as the primary completing unit, won the First Prize of the Natural Science Award. The other completing units of this project also include National University of Defense Technology and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The main contributors are Sun Guangyu, Dong Dezun, Zhang Chen, Guan Yijin, Liang Yun, and Wang Runsheng.
