As reported by Reuters, the South Korean Presidential Office announced that OpenAI's CEO, Sam Altman, arrived in Seoul on October 1 and is scheduled to have a meeting with South Korean President Lee Jae-myung. At present, Lee Jae-myung is actively advocating for increased investment in artificial intelligence (AI) as a means to propel the growth of South Korea, which stands as the fourth-largest economy in Asia.
