On the second day of Huawei Full Connect 2025, Zhang Ping'an, who serves as both the Managing Director of Huawei and the CEO of Huawei Cloud, delivered a keynote address. In his speech, he elaborated on Huawei Cloud's technological advancements and real-world applications in domains such as AI cloud services, large-scale models, embodied AI, and AI Agents. He made a significant announcement that Huawei Cloud's CloudMatrix 384 Ascend AI cloud service has been successfully and fully rolled out. Moreover, he disclosed plans to upgrade the CloudMatrix super node from its current configuration of 384 cards to an impressive 8,192 cards in the future. This upgrade will facilitate the construction of ultra-large computing clusters, ranging from 500,000 to 1 million cards, thereby delivering robust computational capabilities to fuel the intelligent era.
