Upon completion of this capital infusion, Ankai Micro will secure a 4% equity position in Shiqi Future. Shiqi Future is a brainchild of the Digital Economy Research Institute of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, also known as the IDEA Research Institute. It has inherited the core R&D team and intellectual property assets associated with the versatile vision large model, DINO-X. Through this investment, Ankai Micro aims to expedite the joint innovation of AI with software and hardware technologies tailored for specific application scenarios, thereby fortifying its unique competitive edge in the intelligent vision sector.
