Developed in collaboration with Zhipu, this robot is built upon an embodied model that endows it with the ability to autonomously reason and make decisions for tackling complex tasks. Drawing on its scene - understanding capabilities and technological expertise amassed from serving over 15,000 industrial clients, 'Xiaotuo' has undergone numerous rounds of validation in injection - molding workshops.

Equipped with a 3D camera and an AI visual inspection system, the robot can instantly determine the yield rate of injection - molded parts. Moreover, it is capable of autonomously carrying out processes like tray loading, thus achieving full - process automation from inspection to operation.

The core components of 'Xiaotuo' are crafted using the Evermore DMU400 five - axis linkage (simultaneous) CNC machine tool. The precision of these components surpasses one - third of the thickness of a human hair, laying a solid mechanical foundation for the robot.
