Orbbec has fine-tuned its 2025 strategy for the private placement of A-shares to select investors. Under this revised plan, the maximum number of shares to be issued will not surpass 120 million, and the aggregate funds raised are capped at RMB 1.918 billion. The capital raised will be allocated to the development of the Robot AI Vision and Spatial Perception Technology R&D Platform Project, along with the construction of the AI Vision Sensor and Smart Hardware Manufacturing Base.
