Based on the official announcement from Tencent Meeting, on September 11, the AI hosting function, a collaborative effort between Tencent Meeting and Yuanbao, was officially launched. Users can simply click on the 'AI Hosting' option either on the meeting invitation page or within the meeting list. Prior to the user joining the meeting, Yuanbao will proactively listen in and generate an intelligently curated AI summary. During the meeting, users have the flexibility to activate the AI hosting feature at any given moment. Once the meeting concludes, Yuanbao automatically delivers a structured summary, enabling users to swiftly review meeting highlights and to-do lists or delve deeper into the specifics.
