The State Council has recently promulgated the "Opinions on Further Implementing the 'AI+' Initiative," with the goal of expediting the growth of the 'AI+' industry. This initiative has spurred the rollout of a series of large-scale models tailored for the industrial manufacturing sector, ensuring their integration across all facets of manufacturing, encompassing design, production, and services. Presently, the pace of iteration for China's foundational large models has markedly quickened, with the industrial structure now comprehensively spanning the foundational layer, model layer, and application layer. According to statistics, the global count of AI enterprises has surpassed 35,000, with China boasting over 5,100 enterprises and the emergence of 71 unicorn companies.
