Chinese scientists have recently unveiled a groundbreaking ultra-broadband optoelectronic integrated system. This system, for the first time, enables high-speed wireless communication with full-band and flexible tunability, offering a seamless and robust foundation for 6G wireless communication. The findings have been published online in the prestigious journal Nature. The system's wireless signal can transmit at high speeds across any frequency point within the extensive range of 0.5GHz to 115GHz, boasting internationally leading full-band compatibility capabilities. Additionally, it can dynamically switch frequency bands to further enhance communication reliability.
