At a company-wide meeting held at the end of July, ByteDance unveiled data revealing that the median tenure of its employees stands at 2.9 years, with an average tenure of 3 years. Li Liang further clarified that the article in question is riddled with misinformation, possibly generated by AI, and underscored that the claims regarding hurdles faced in launching TikTok's Spring Festival special effects, organizational structural changes, and the separation of global businesses are entirely fictional, with numerous data points being inaccurate.
