Recently, Hangzhou hosted a press conference focused on AI education in primary and secondary schools, where two pivotal documents were unveiled: the "Hangzhou Local Curriculum Outline for AI Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (Trial)" and the "Framework for AI Literacy of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Hangzhou (Trial)". Commencing from the upcoming semester, all primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou will fully integrate AI general education courses into their curricula, ensuring a minimum of 10 class hours per academic year. This groundbreaking initiative seeks to equip students with technological proficiency while instilling a strong sense of ethical norms through structured knowledge acquisition and ethical reasoning practices.
