The evaluation encompassed three AI tools: PatentCloud's proprietary 'Novelty Search AI Agent,' ChatGPT-o3 (internet-enabled search variant), and DeepSeek-R1 (internet-enabled search variant).
The findings were remarkable, with PatentCloud's AI agent surpassing expectations. It achieved an impressive 76% detection rate and a noteworthy 32% recall rate, underscoring its efficacy in identifying relevant patent information.
