Despite incurring a net loss of RMB 239 million in attributable profit to shareholders, the company successfully reduced its losses by over 40% compared to the same period last year. To further propel the development of the Spark Education Large Model and its associated products, as well as to bolster working capital, iFLYTEK intends to raise up to RMB 4 billion through a private placement of shares. The Spark Large Model has gained widespread adoption across various industries, including education and healthcare, fostering a vibrant developer ecosystem. The global developer base has swelled to 1.52 million, reflecting a year-over-year growth of 162%.
