On August 20, Baidu unveiled its financial results for the second quarter of 2025, highlighting a significant acceleration in its AI transformation. The company has introduced comprehensive innovations to its search box, search results page, and search ecosystem, transforming traditional hyperlinked search results into structured, intelligent, and multimodal AI responses. Notably, in July, the share of AI-generated content on the mobile search results page soared from 35% in April to 64%. Furthermore, Baidu APP boasted 735 million monthly active users, registering a 5% year-on-year growth. Concurrently, Baidu launched "Baidu Steam Engine," the world's first multi-person audio-video integrated model, designed to cater to users' diverse creative demands and elevate multimodal experiences across Baidu's search, content, and commerce services.
