Nanjing Public Transport, in collaboration with AntChain, has pioneered the introduction of the "Public Transport Network Optimization Agent," marking a groundbreaking application of AI agent technology in domestic public transport scheduling systems. Leveraging multi-dimensional data analysis, this technology transforms public transport route decision-making from an "experience-driven" approach to "intelligent planning," adeptly tackling scheduling challenges during peak hours and refining route layouts. Notably, the AI-optimized route 210 bus, which serves a significant elderly passenger base, has significantly enhanced the travel satisfaction of both citizens and tourists alike.

Looking ahead, the Phase II project in Xiaolanjing will further integrate AI agent technology, aiming to bolster the efficiency of public transport scheduling and refine the passenger experience. This will be achieved through the rapid analysis of tasks via natural language instructions and the intuitive presentation of solutions, such as route planning, thereby streamlining operations and enhancing user convenience.
