On the evening of June 10, Sai Microelectronics made an announcement revealing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Silex International, intends to purchase a 19% stake in Silex Microsystems Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Currently held by the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund, this acquisition will take place at a listed base price of 624 million yuan (approximately $XX million, according to the current exchange rate). Once the transaction is finalized, Sai Microelectronics will attain complete, 100% ownership of its subsidiary.
