As per an official statement from Nexperia China, Wingtech Technology has officially commenced legal action in China against Nexperia Netherlands, alleging undue interference. The legal complaint has been submitted to the Dongguan Intermediate People's Court in Guangdong Province, and the court has agreed to hear the case. Invoking the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law, Wingtech Technology is seeking a judicial declaration that the actions in question were unlawful, the reinstatement of its control over the Dutch chip-making unit, and a staggering 8 billion yuan in compensation.
